How should someone meditate if it is his or her first time?

  If you want to learn meditation but have never tried, Then there is no big deal. Meditation is our nature, like sleep is our nature—we want to sleep. Meditation is similar to sleeping.The difference is that in sleep, we are not aware, whereas in wakefulness, we are fully aware. We feel more refreshed when we wake up in the morning, and the same is true when we meditate. When we do meditation, we feel more energetic and relaxed.
